Disclaimer: I realize that this is a lot of posts about concerts and performances. I also realize that I have very few followers/readers, so this is really a record to preserve these memories for our family - feel free to skip through to whatever is interesting to you.
Last Thursday was the last concert of the year at Jourdan's high school. It was full of all kinds of music...some sad, as the seniors reflected on their time with the group...some funny, and some just for entertainment. I won't post them all; there were just too many numbers.
The next to last number at the concert was this rendition of a "Jersey Boys" medley. It's not the best vocal performance I've heard the group do, but it's really fun to watch. Each performers personalities (for better or worse- you'll know what I mean if you're paying attention closely) was able to shine through.
Jourdan is in the second row just to the right of center (he's hard to see). His friends are all in the front row. Jordan (JoJo) is in the center with a black vest and glasses, Zach is on the far right (also wearing a vest) and Mason is in between the two with red hair and his bowtie untied. Mason and JoJo both come to the front for the falsetto performance at about 3 minutes in. What a funny group of kids. I hope next year brings as much fun for Jourdan as this year has.
This is hopefully what we'll be hearing a lot of next year with the new a cappella group. Although, they'll be singing without Mason as the lead. Jourdan's head can be seen peeking over a group of girls on the right. This is Maroon 5's "She Will Be Loved" by the MVHS Concert Choir:
I'll post a couple more numbers later. Again, I am thankful for technology that lets us share these sounds with Jourdan's grandpa. (Grandpa will have to get Grandma to do a play-by-play of the dance moves...if she can compete with all the squealing of the girls in the auditorium.)

So cool. What a phenomenal experience he's having!! It's an amazing group.
BTW, on this post only, your font is white so I had to click and drag to highlight everything to read it. I know it does that to you periodically. Weird. Gotta love blogger. But, yes, the technology to even have this is awesome.
