Postcard Perfect?

As we have been driving through New York we have been amazed with the beauty of the landscape.  Everywhere we look, the scenery is just green and glorious.  (ignore the glare from the windshield)

So, when you see all this, while driving down the road in your air-conditioned car, you think to yourself....I could totally live here, it's so pretty.  Then, you step out of your car and realized that all this was a trick...you're actually in PURGATORY!  It's so stinkin' hot.  While we have been back on the East Coast, we have experienced 98 degree weather and humidity at 98 - 100%.  Are you kidding me?  Who lives here on purpose.

Ha! Love it. Just keep in mind it's only this green from May-Sept. This scenery is "the minority." I love that picture at the lake with the adirondack chairs. And, yeah, the humidity is ridiculous. I'm glad it's so much better today (and the rest of the week) for you!

Yes, the humidity is awful in the East! Having grown up there I know that first hand. It is lush and green though!
