Again, no pictures of snorkeling because we used a disposable camera. I'll have to post them later. After snorkeling, we had worked up quite an appetite. We stopped at this burger place we had seen on the way out to the beach. At lunch time it was completely PACKED. The line was around the side of the tiny building. We came back for food at a slow time, and we were very happy with our burgers. If you're ever in Hanalei, give Bubba's a try.
We loved their slogan, which you can see on the above sign. Their stickers also included "attorneys". The best part about dinner, was reading all the stickers and signs on the wall.
Although you probably can't make out what they say....just believe us that they were funny, and there were MANY. The top one says "Bubba refuses to serve any burger costing less than a can of dog food." They also don't serve lettuce and tomato, but that's another story all by itself. Julia's favorite two were stickers/signs were:
* Your mouth is moving and all I hear is BLAH, BLAH, BLAH!
* So much to do, and so few people to do it FOR me.
I rather enjoyed:
* Sarcasm, just one more free service we provide.
*Trust your instincts, people really don't like you!
* Drink coffee: Do stupid things even faster!
Jourdan liked:
* Kauai, a nice place to visit, but please don't move here!
* You're only young once, but you can be immature forever.
* He who laughs last, thinks slowest.
* Support search and rescue; Get lost!

Love the nene picture! I about freaked when I saw one. I personally enjoyed the picture I took of the nene-crossing sign because it's such a nice match to the camel-crossing sign I got in Israel. I am the same way about underwater places to get stuck. (You call it "buzz-kill," I call it "mothering.") ha ha The Bubba's quotes were hilarious! I hope you can post the snorkeling pictures at some point. I hope some of them turned out!
